An investigation into animal cruelty has led to the arrest of two Prestonsburg men, James Endicott and Jimmy Endicott.
State troopers reported that upon arriving at the residence on Rt 3385, they saw animals with no food or water and looking malnourished.
Both men now face eight counts of second-degree cruelty to animals.
