Kentucky State Police troopers reported that a 5-year-old has died in a Breathitt County ATV accident.
The KSP said the accident happened on private land near Jackson off Rt-397.
Officers said a 19-year-old was driving the ATV on private property when she lost control.
She was taken to Kentucky River Medical Center and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The teen and the 5-year-old child were both wearing helmets.
