A volunteer firefighter in Morehead has been arrested for arson.
State troopers arrested Edward Stephens after a caller said Stephens asked them to report the fire because he had reported several fires in the last year and thought it might look suspicious.
Troopers then contacted Stephens’ wife who admitted to being with him when he started the fire.
