A Louisa woman is facing allegations that she damaged telecom infrastructure in Pilgrim last fall.
A Martin County grand jury indicted 33-year-old Kassandra Hamilton for criminal mischief and trespassing.
The indictment alleges that Hamilton destroyed a defaced property owned and operated by Optimum on Emily Creek Road in Pilgrim. The company filed a report claiming damages grater that 95-hundred dollars.
The indictment also alleges that Hamilton entered a building where key AT&T infrastructure is located and maintained.
She was caught when her getaway truck got stuck in a muddy field off North Wolf Creek Road.
Stolen metal and wiring was found in the bed of the pickup truck, along with the tools that authorities say she used.
