Two firefighters have been hurt fighting a forest fire in Floyd County.
The Team Kentucky Division of Forestry says the two were injured over the weekend after a sudden shift in the fire pattern in the 115-acre site near KY-1498.
KDF says one firefighter was treated and released from an area hospital but the other had to be flown to a Cincinnati hospital for burn treatment.
His condition is not known.
