Kentucky State Game Wardens arrested a man at his home in Perry County after being accused of allegedly shooting at another boater on Carr Creek Lake.
67-year-old Bert Kilburn was arrested at his home in Happy.
He has been charged with three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and menacing, and one count of first-degree disorderly conduct.
