The family of Amber Spradlin is filing a wrongful death lawsuit naming who they believe killed Spradlin.
Lex18 reports that Amber Spradlin was found stabbed to death in June 2023 in the home of Dr. Michael McKinney following a party.
The City of Prestonsburg and local police are also being sued for negligence.
The family hopes there will finally be some updates in the case before the statute of limitations runs out.
