Floyd County dentist Dr. Michael McKinney has been released from house arrest.
McKinney is charged with tampering with physical evidence in connection to the 2023 murder of Amber Spradlin.
McKinney, his son M.K. McKinney and Josh Mullins will appear in court for a pretrial conference on September 17th.
