Social media has led to the arrest of a Floyd County man who used Facebook live while trying to evade police.
Benjamin Davis was arrested Monday evening after a neighbor told police Davis had been stealing electricity from him.
Police went to talk to Davis at his home, but he got to his car and sped away all the while he was broadcasting live where he could be heard threatening to kill someone.
Davis did elude police that time, but the officers found him a short time later with another high-speed chase before he was arrested on Strip Mine Road.
He faces several charges including resisting arrest and terroristic threatening.
