The Martin County Economic Development Authority announced that the Inez Deposit Bank Building has been donated by Inez resident Linda Booth to preserve the county’s heritage.
The authority is also in the process of purchasing the Rockcastle United Baptist Church of Old Zion building.
The authority hopes the two buildings will bolster the revitalization of downtown Inez.
