In Floyd County, 19-year-old Westin Harris was indicted by a grand jury on charges of wanton endangerment and criminal mischief for his alleged role in shooting a firearm across a public road in August near Bull Creek.
Another 17-year-old has also been charged in the shootings.
Several vehicles were damaged, but no injuries were reported.
