Congratulations to the Johnson Central Girls Soccer Team on Winning the 15th Region Soccer Tournament. JCHS defeated District Rival Martin Co last Thursday @ JCHS 3-2.
Freshman Callie Davis led JCHS with 2 Goals. Braylee Murphy scored the other Goal. Lily Jarrell contributed 2 Assist and Lauren Arrowood had 1 Assist. JCHS Goalkeeper Abigail Ramey allowed 2 Goals, but had 4 Saves.
The Regional Title advances JCHS to the KHSAA State Soccer Tournament. The Eagles will face 13th Region Winner, North Laurel in the 1st Round. That Game will be Played on Tuesday, October 22 @ 7 PM at North Laurel H..S.
