Charges have been filed against a man who police say tried to lure a Pike County child into helping him produce child pornography.
Tylar Castor of Mingo County was being held in the Pike County Detention Center with the FBI alleging he contacted the girl online with messages of a sexual nature and allegedly asked for nude photos.
The Appalachian News Express reports the FBI claims Castor knew the girl was under 14.
And they claim there are several other kids he was contacting throughout the region.
