One person was shot and two people were arrested in Magoffin County.
The Independent reported that the unidentified person who was shot was transported to a hospital for treatment.
Police have arrested Johnathan Keeton, of West Liberty, after he allegedly told police, “I done something bad and messed up.”
The investigation found a gun which had been reported stolen out of Breathitt County.
Also arrested was Casey Payne, of Lexington, when police reportedly smelled marijuana coming from her car with a large bullet hole.
A search of the vehicle found drugs and paraphernalia.
