A Vicco man facing murder in the drunk driving UTV crash death of a teenage girl in February is now facing federal sex crime charges for his relationship with the girl.
Noah Back is charged with murder in the death of Emilynn Clark, with prosecutors alleging he supplied alcohol to another teen girl who was driving the UTV when it wrecked.
But federal officials say they’ve confirmed that Back and Clark had a sexual relationship including that he’d taken her to Atlanta when she was 14, which is taking a minor across state lines to engage in illegal sexual activity.
Back is being held on no bond.
