Prestonsburg Police have arrested a Pike County man for DUI and more for a crash last week in Floyd County.
It happened on US 23 at Holiday Inn Hill where the police allege Joe Stanford Jr. was under the influence when he swerved through the median across the opposite lanes for several seconds before crashing into a rock wall.
He had to be taken to a hospital but is said to be recovering.
No other cars were hit and no one else was hurt.
In addition to DUI, Stanford is reportedly charged with wanton endangerment.
