One man from Pike County has been arrested for theft from the McCoy Elkhorn mine.
Timothy Dusty Maynard was arrested after a security guard at the mine allegedly saw Maynard on the grounds when items had been stolen.
Police then went to Maynard and saw tools and junk on the porch.
A company official estimates the items valued at over $116,000 dollars.
