A shooting in Pike County has led to a felony assault charge. Kentucky State Police say they were called to Pikeville Medical Center where the victim came in after being shot in the foot.
He claimed he got into an argument with his neighbor Franklin Kendrick who allegedly shot him.
Following an investigation KSP arrested Kendrick for assault.
