A State lawmaker is trying to stop Kentucky’s new vape law… just five weeks after it went into effect.
Representative Savannah Maddox is filing two bills to suspend and repeal the law, which limits what can be sold in vape stores to only FDA-regulated products.
Vape industry lobbyists predicted last year… than as many as one hundred and 30 small vape shops would go out of business due to the limited approved selection.
That, the industry says, will cost Kentucky about one thousand jobs… and 63 million dollars in lost tax revenue.
