Two men were arrested in Floyd County after deputies reported finding hundreds of feet of suspected stolen fiber-optic cable and multiple firearms during a traffic stop.
Deputies stopped a vehicle on KY-194 in Endicott after receiving a theft complaint and noticing the car had no license plate.
Ronald Johnson and Gary Matthew Burchett were both charged with first-degree criminal mischief and defacing a firearm.
Johnson also faces several traffic-related charges.
Both men were lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center.
