Two people have been arrested on drug charges at the Magoffin County library.
The Independent is reporting that James Orem, of Paintsville, was arrested after the car he was driving had expired tags.
Orem agreed to a search where meth, syringes, and other paraphilia were found.
The passenger in Orem’s car, Stephanie Dale Minx, was also arrested on several drug related charges.
