Two Plead Guilty in Connection to Pike County Murder

Two men have entered guilty pleas in a Pike County Courtroom.

Curtis Jones appeared before Judge Eddy Coleman answering for his role in the murder of Timothy Justice.

The Commonwealth suggested a 30-year concurrent sentence for all the charges.

James Phillips, Jones’ co-defendant, also pleaded guilty to his charges at the pretrial hearing.

The Commonwealth suggested a 15-year sentence for Phillips.

Sentencing for the men is expected to take place June 27th at 10:30 a.m.
