New Kentucky Football Coach Will Stein has Officially named Joe Sloan as the CATS Offensive Coordinator. Sloan spent the last four years at LSU, where he spent time as the Quarterbacks Coach before getting promoted to Offensive Coordinator in 2024, where he led the Tigers to an offense that ranked second in the SEC and seventh nationally in passing offense with 315.2 yards per game. Before LSU, Sloan spent nine seasons at Louisiana Tech, where he helped guide the Bulldogs to seven bowl games, four nine-win seasons, and two Conference USA West titles. Sloan played football at East Carolina from 2005-08.
