UK Women’s Basketball
The Kentucky Women’s Basketball Team improved (5-0) last night, with a WIn over Purdue-Fort Wayne at Historic Memorial Coliseum (69-57). UK will next play Tuesday, November 26 against Arizona State and Wednesday November 27 against Illinois. Both games in the Music City Classic in Nashville.
UK Men’s Basketball
The Kentucky Men’s Basketball Team moved up 10 spots in the new AP Top 25 poll released on Monday. This comes after the cats beat #6 last Tuesday in the champions classic in Atlanta.The CATS will be back in action Tonight as they take on Lipscomb at Rupp Arena. Pre- game begins on WSIP at 5:30 PM with tipoff at 7:00 pm.
After his performance in the comeback Win over Duke, Kentucky’s Andrew Carr has been named SEC Player of The Week. Carr, the 5th year senior, led the Cats with 17 points. He also had 6 rebounds, 3 assists and one block.
