The winners have been announced for the 1st Annual Maxine Blair Traveling trophy for the best Christmas decorated homes in Van Lear.
Organizers say four out of county judges scored the homes to determine this year’s winners.
A free tour of the Coal Miners Museum is being given to all who participated.
Organizers say they had a great response and plan to continue the event in the future.
Winners were:
First place – Angie Burton
Second place – Laken Stambaugh
Third place – Jasmine Banks
Honorable mentions include Alisha Baldridge, Terry Bowling, Megan McCoy, Shannon Richmond.
